Never been to Walter Brice before but came up for earliest blood test. Found it easy to find (is not the first building on the left if you are using satnav it is the next one down) staff all friendly and helpful, phlebotomy nurse who took my blood was excellent, never felt a thing (nurse is originally from texas) I can agree with a previous review that receptionist was also helpful and friendly. Made having a blood test almost a pleasure lol. Centre is light and airy

Had a blood test a few days ago. Fantastic phlebotomy staff. The young lady who conducted my blood test was amazing. She was originally from Texas. Americas loss was our gain. God bless America.

Had to pop in for blood test staff were lovley really polite was in and out I'm hard to take blood from but they done it in no time was offered water as I'm unwell atm will have no worries if I need another blood test coming back here ?

Lovely receptionist, and staff.
Unfortunately so out of the way, and not signposted on the road, so you drive past
Also a Nightmare and a half to contact.
1 hr on the phone isn't great

Such lovely polite and warm staff. The receptionist is happy and welcoming and the blood test ladies really are so nice and make the experience easy and relaxed.

I had blood taken this morning and suffer with very fine veins and a fear of this procedure. The ladies could not have been more gentle and so very kind with me. Big shout out for them - thank you!

Well impressed with the help I got today from the receptionist and of course the doctor. Couldn't get an appointment at my doctors so was sent to hear. Very helpful and took the time to listen, which is rare nowadays. Thank you

Was built for the villagers, by local philanthropists, but now part of the 'system'...
Locals have to travel to other centres in Strood, Rochester or Gillingham.
Locals still use it for blood tests. District Nurses relocated some time ago. Now a specialist centre serving a wide catchment area.
