My particular situation is not strictly related to W.A.S.S., yet I'd like to thank again the kindness and interest shown to me by Ms Elisabeth of this very service.
You didn't have to do it, yet your input from that call of wondering about my coping to that ulterior offer, they'll stay with me till Ground 7. Bless you, you are a good worker and an exceptional human being. Thanks again

Was just visited by two social workers who practically spoke at me through my door then spoke about my anxiety/fear of speaking to people which I cope with by myself JUST FINE, was eventually reduced to tears in the conversation and hear "Well, we can hear you're quite upset right now so we will leave". Why didn't you leave when I said what you're doing is weird? Why didn't you leave when I said I have spoken to you people through email, I find doing things at my own pace easier for MY mental health, not for you guys to get a paycheque at the end of the month and tick me off your box, I am a HUMAN and where is the consent involved? Why are you people allowed to decided that you can just come back willnilly no matter the affect of your visits affect on peoples mental health? You people do not know what I've been through in life and to demand I speak to you guys about my "problems" is ABSURD when social services in this country couldn't have given a toss about me when I was a child and actually suffering, why do you guys want to talk to me now when I'm dealing with the scars of what your faulty system let me go through as a minor? This country is a joke and so is social services.

Zero accountability, empathy, sympathy and compassion. They don't take action and they do very little to nothing, and expect to be congratulated for a job well done. They don't answer your questions, and when you ask hard questions they say they "have to go" all of a sudden, or hang up the phone.

I had to complain about carers my father had arranged through Wandsworth Social Services they did absolutely nothing to deal with me reporting Keys had been taken by the carer from Westminster Homecare. I should have reported it as a crime and have had the police investigate it. I changed the lock myself for the safety of my parents. The carers Wandsworth Social Services have on their list do not do the job required of them. My father was not kept clean by them. The companies are not managed properly and Wandsworth Social Services are the most Inept people in Adult Social Services care I have ever had dealings with. I even had to make a complaint to them about their dealing with my reporting of neglect of my mother of the people who have power of attorney over her. The safe guarding laws need to be changed to protect elderly vulnerable person who believe the lies of relatives who do not look after them when they are virtually blind and nearly deaf. They are the most Inept council I have ever had dealings with. Even the Head of Richmond and Wandsworth Social Services Adult Social care are Inept and incapable of making sure the department they will supposed to manage/ be in charge of is run properly and deals with issue's properly. The Social workers are incapable of doing their job properly and the laws allow people to get away with neglect and for money to be swindled out of elderly vulnerable people they are meant to protect. They are without doubt the worst most awful and Inept department I have ever had dealings with . They receive their income from tax payers money but do not do any work to justify receiving their pay and this includes the Head of Wandsworth and Richmond Adult social Services and all the social workers.

Evasive, dangerous and total disregard for safeguarding of users living alone needing urgent help. I am injured, fell at home, and called for home support twice - 4 weeks later still nothing. I am taking it to litigation via my union for negligence. It does not have to be this way and neither do we have to accept abusive and neglectful behaviour as adults. Disabled people have protected rights in law and public services know that! Reasonable adjustments are a legal requirement to assess - the service have to say why they cannot adjust their service equality law 2010

Simon Mitelman Social Care Officer, Wandsworth CAST Department of Adult Social Care and Public Health serving Richmond and Wandsworth Councils is an absolute rockstar. He communicates clearly and empathetically. He talks and writes like a real human and he even follows-up on his messages when he doesn't hear back. What a shinning example for others to emulate.

My son have been under their care in a care in a care home for years. The care was inadequate. He had been neglected for his health needs . For two years I had to take to dental hospital to remove his badly decayed teeth. To the neurologist to check about his seizures. Thanks to the NHS. After 5 years of him leaving the care home they sent bills for his care during the pandemic to back pay pay for him demanding payments in in a week or taking us to court. They are quite insensitive. .

Constantly changing my elderly vulnerable mother's social worker, very poor conduct lacking in knowledge and understanding of their client base poor communication skills often rude and patronising , shouting down the phone at my sister who has a series mental health condition is totally unexeptabl absolutely appalling behaviour you should be ashamed of your self Grace !
Mark and Frederica you were both amazing always polite professional informative and friendly , treating both my mother and us with sincerity and respect . In future we shall be using a private healthcare company !
