I recently offered my services at a birthday party held at this venue and absolutely loved the space! It’s an amazing place to host a celebration — spacious, clean, and with a beautiful view that adds something special to the atmosphere.
There’s a bar available, on-site parking, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the event.

Just done my sister’s wedding reception party here on the 3rd May 2025. Could not of asked for a better venue with a lovely view and space. The staff are amazing they were very helpful and kind lovely people, even helped me and my older sister finish off our decoration for the set up of my youngest sisters wedding party. Will always hire this venue out even for my kids party’s. Thank you to the lovely team there we had an amazing night.

We had my son’s 4th birthday party here yesterday and it was such a brilliant venue. John and Angela were incredibly helpful from the start and couldn’t do enough to help on the day. We had a bouncy castle and play areas set up outside and it was so nice that the children could go inside and outside which meant it never felt too crowded or noisy in one area. Thank you so much!

We initially had a word-of-mouth recommendation as a potential venue for a large family funeral. I asked around and I heard so many good things. So, from the moment I met with John & his team I knew were in good hands. They were excellent from start to finish, accommodating and just made organising this type of event stress free.

The catering company, the hall decorators and the audio/visual folks were really happy, and our guests had nothing but good things to say about the staff.

If I have another family event, I won't hesitate to use this venue. Our thanks to John & the team at Wanstead RFC.

As an event decorator I have attended this venue on numerous occasions. The staff are polite, professional, and very helpful. The venue is immaculate, kitchen and bathroom always clean. Table and chairs always set up on time. Excellent customer services. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful service from Maureen, Johnny, Abbie & Caroline, we really love & appreciate you all. They were all fabulous, professional & friendly. Maureen was extremely helpful in the kitchen, plating up & serving the vast amount of food we had for a christening after party, she was so knowledgeable which was amazing. The kitchen facilities were fantastic, huge space & vast seating, large venue, great variety at the bar & ample parking. Massive thanks to you all, we cannot wait to book again & again, & look forward to seeing all of the lovely staff soon.
