Very helpful staff. My only gripe and this is purely down to my own needs, but being a disability store it would be helpful if when going it to collect items that you need to wait for I would have been glad of a chair.

Unfortunately able bodied who don't struggle standing wouldn't automatically offer so if one was simply available that would be a huge benefit to someone like myself with hidden disabilities

I thought they might be helpful in pointing me in the right direction to sell my late mums disability equipment, hardly used, to someone who needs it but doesn't have a lot of cash but they have no contacts, don't do that and don't know anyone who does and they do not reply to emails.

Stayed in Pensarn holiday caravan. Absolutely will book again. Plenty to do around the area for all abilities, interests and hobbies. Family (husband and 2 children) throughly enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave!
Only downside was the seagull that woke us daily at 3am, pecking the roof
