My appointments have always been attended-to within 5 minutes of the appointment time. The results of any tests have come back very quickly and anything that needed attention has been pro-actively sorted-out by the practice. I am actually having an MRI scan at the hospital within 10 days on an appointment with the doctor regarding a slightly-high reading from a blood sample taken only a few days before. I am highly impressed with the speed of response.

I was referred here by my own surgery to see the physiotherapist. I was dubious, and expected to be given a sheet of printed exercises from the website. But no! I saw Laura who was attentive, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Laura was reassuring about my concerns and gave excellent practical advice. Waterfield house has been improved a lot according to my last visit. The whole booking system is on line now, just take a few moment to fill the questions and submit, not long the phone call is coming in, great! The visiting experience was easy and pleasant. I would say the front desk is so much better and very helpful. Thanks

For the most part the experience at the surgery is positive. I have found that since they have installed a self check in machine the friendliness has slightly dropped when the machine doesnt work. I found the questioning rather abrupt, which is a shame.
The person I saw for my issue was very kind and positive and dealt with me in a sensitive and reassuring way.
Overall it is a very good surgery and they do try their best.

My mum is a patient here, she is deteriorating & it's so frustrating that today, yet another appointment is cancelled because they can't get cover for a Drs absence. I have to take holiday from work to bring mum to appointments! One of the reasons she needed this appointment was to order medication as the online order wasn't approved & she will run out. The receptionist told me it's not on her records but I order it every month! It's now gone to a duty doctor so here's hoping! Mum has another appointment booked but who knows whether we'll actually get to see anyone!

The only positive I see at this surgery is the pharmacist, he held a medication review for mum & was so patient, listened, didn't rush her & changed a problematic medication to one that suits her better!

After a short wait I saw the doctor and he was very helpful and friendly. He referred me there and then and my referral appointment came through within an hour or two.
