I joined the we care group as a home manager in February 2024, I genuinely feel I have joined a family and the support and guidance from senior management and HR is exceptional . The CEO of the company is personally known to all staff which is lovely and something I have not come across before whilst working for previous companies. I am enjoying my time with the company and I hope to do so for many years to come. The care home I am managing is a lovely home with a fantastic staff team who genuinely care for our residents and their families.

This response is beyond belief, I have reached out privately on many occasions and not once had an aoplogy, its unbelievable that when my mum was discharged the first the family knew was a phone call to come and pick up her television. For a company which advertises Dementia Care on their website there has been a distinct lack of empathy shown towards our family. Very disappointed the Senior Leadership have not addressed some genuine issues and I find it incredible how the Management review their own company on social media.
