I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I visited on three separate occasions, and each time I faced incredibly long wait times-over three hours in total! It was frustrating to see how disorganized they were. The staff are unprofessional and indifferent to the situation, which made my experience that much worse. It felt like my time didn't matter at all, I expected better service.

In response to the owners comments: I have transactions on my bank statements that would say otherwise as well as proof of appointments/visits. Please do better for your future customers especially keeping to appointments. Value your customers times you aren't a GP and even they make it their mission to not keep you waiting more than 15 minutes and when your finally seen the level of grace you're presented with when they've made you wait any minute beyond your missed GP appointment slot.

I've heard from word of mouth and read by your reviews I'm not the only person your ''staff'' has done this to again value your customers time please. Thank you & best of luck to you.

Hana is a lovely therapist. I booked a half hour massage which was great and I had the added bonus of trying out her new infrared sauna which was the perfect way to prepare for the massage!

10/10!! Hana has been doing my laser treatment for the last 4 months now as I am on my fourth session. I have followed all her instructions and now even after the fourth session my hair does not grow back. From the first session I already noticed my hair becoming a lot thinner and taking a lot longer to grow back. I was skeptical at first but I have seen how much of a difference the treatment has made, but only if you follow her instructions and aftercare! Would definitely recommend to any fellow hairy girlies like me to come get your laser done by Hana!

Wish I could mark more than 5 stars! Hanna, is brilliant and amazing - passionate about good skin care. Loving the results after my first hydro facial - can't wait for the second one. Literally taking years of debris off! Pores are noticeably smaller and some disappeared off the nose, so as a first facial - Amazing results. Also got great advice on how to proceed with other beauty treatments. A amazing all rounder, that genuinely cares about your skin health!

I have recently moved to the area and I have been tirelessly searching for a salon that can sum up all my beauty needs. Fortunately I have met Hanna and her absolutely gem salon.
Hanna is an amazing professional beauty technician that absolutely loves her work.
You can clearly see that she is more than most of the money maker salons around the corner, she will give you procedure testers so you can see yourself the benefits of her magic hands.
Her equipment is fantastic- she recently invested in the 3D Hydro 2, which I had the pleasure to try and what a great decision! My skin was improved immediately after the treatment and even more after.
If you are looking for a place where your beauty technician is one of the most positive person and a salon that keeps up with all the beauty procedures and equipt adequately I am definitely recommending this place!

Hana is a gem! Her friendly happy nature made me feel so comfortable and her services were excellent. I initially booked a full body wax, Hana did a patch test on my underarms and I was so happy with the results I booked 6 laser hair removal sessions with her for full body. I also love her hydrafacial, it’s the perfect blend of technology, massage. Hana loves what she does & it shows in each treatment.
