Really helpful and not just housing wise. Always on top of anything that needs doing and easy to get hold of. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that me and my son have all we need and advocate for us again and again when we are being pushed around from person to person. So grateful for all they’ve done for me so far!

Worst company ever as a landlord I m facing issues with them. Gave them notice to vacate property even though term finished a well as enough notice served . But only answer I get that they are looking for property. Beware to rent your property to them as a private landlord.

basically skimmed 400 quid extra on my housing benefit on top of the cost of my flat to cover their "support" which involved telling me theyd fit a decent shower and never fitting it. seriously that was about it.
easy money i suppose.
, i got a job and they dropped me like a hot potato, at which point my housing claim was stopped by them and i was no longer eligible to claim through the council.
as i wasnt able to visit the job centre due to work commitments to make a new claim under universal credit and give em my tenancy agreement - universal credit are fighting me with backdated help with my rent , this lack of help with the transition to claiming through universal credit has cost me about 5 grand as the UC office dont want to pay me any backdated rent assistance because i was working during their opening hours and couldnt attend an appointment, the least these wessmaps folk could have done was help me transition to uc . after months of fighting UC DWP dept are now helping with my rent but are fighting the backdating of it for the period wessmaps dropped me from their "support" in october when i got a job and may this year.
yeah thanks, and they are also having google delete negative reviews of them which is shifty as you like.
i suspect this one will disappear much like they did the moment they couldnt cash a cheque off of my back.

Very unprofessional company. They will promise one thing and will not do what agreed. Very slow in responding back when you have an query or issue. They will make you waiting for no reason. Avoid at all cost!!!
