Even though I was given some help I was appalled at the treatment my advisor gave my daughter and I. I did make a complaint and even though I got an apology I was also unimpressed with them trying to make out that I was to blame for my treatment which I don't understand why as I have been pleasant all the way threw.i will not be using crosslight again or even recommend there appalling service.there attitude is not acceptable when funerable people seek help.
