Pathetic service. Been poorly since Saturday now Wednesday called 111 spent around half an hour going through an assesment and placed on hold afew times no issue. They advised they will send an ambulance out so I waited.
Followed by a call from these guys and they lady said all we have is you have a cough. I explained impossible as no one will send an ambulance for a cough, the lady says can I ask some questions the same if not very similar to earlier. Has me on a call for 45 minutes placed me on hold 3 times longest being 10 minutes.
Response we are very busy and just trying clarify if it's needed. I explained I've been through this you have kept me on the phone 45 for a snotty supervisor to come on the phone trying to give authority.
She says we would pass your number on for an out of hours appointment for you to go there and a doctor to call me.
Nhs is a circus good to rob tax payers money including mine yet tell me if I need an ambulance but I think they thought 111 said I do for fun. As I have a weakened immune system they said to send you a&e will be no good so go out of hours. Yet i thought being poorly with a weak immune system is dangerous but guess not. If you call 111 and they advise an ambulance is coming ignore these people in stafford as they do not understand what a duty of care is. I refused to leave my house at 11.15 for an appointment somewhere else with no time yet then I still get a call after refusing to speak on the phone again.

Dreadful treatment from this hub over time.
On this latest occastion a Doctor ordered an ambulance for me liked to 111 he was proffestional.

Yet these lot not for the first time was harassing me by unwanted phone calls to my phone.
When a Doctor allready ordered me an ambulance.

In my opnion not for the first time they were trying to obstruct issues of the ambulance coming.

I felt harassed by this hub not for the first time.
7 hours I waited roughly for an ambulance.
And due to a message left on my phone saying can I make my own way and these phoning me it was causing me worse health issues affecting my disabilitys.

I ended up having a fall after hours of waiting which these you were part of what was going on through the day with your unwanted calls to me.

I've had to use the Equality Act 2010 now which is for you as well.

As I stated to these before if I need an ambulace sent one in line with your policy and legislation and in line with your category response times and a duty of care.

If a Doctor orders me an ambulace send it.
If I order an ambulance in line with legislation and you duty of care send it.

I don't need unwanted harassing phone calls from you when you know the situation and my health.

Because of didabilitys if I can make my own way to the Hospital I would if you know I am waiting for an ambulance you will know one of my disabiltys is an issue.

When a Doctor has called for an ambulace or medical proffestional for my health what I dont need is any none medical call handling staff trying to complicat issues or obstruct the ambulace like ive told you before.

I dont need calls to me or leaving messages on my phone saying can I make my own way to the Hospital.

Please in futher follow you legal responsibility and the Equality Act 2010 when dealing with me.

You have a computer aided despatched system.
And you have category of response.
Roughly 7 hours for me which on this day you were involved in.

Follow your legal responsibility please in line with my health.

Just wanted to Pass on my Appreciation. To The Fantastic Emergency Ambulance Crew Members. Who came to my Rescue. Last Sunday Afternoon. After being very sick. The Crew Members, were Excellent. Didn't have to go into Hospital. Please pass on my Appreciation to The Crew Members & The NHS as A Whole. Who do A Fantastic Job.

Cant thank Michelle and Amy the 2 paramedics who came to my aid thursday afternoon for breathing diffs. Their professionlism and efforts under the eyes of a very condescending locum g.p. were fantastic. Taken to hospital and admitted. Thanks

I received expert assistance by means of a telephone service. Advised by GP to contact them for asthmatic symptoms, was given in-depth information and advice on medication without the need of an ambulance.
