Poor service all round, contacted them regarding transport for my mum whose in a wheelchair to be able to attend her sisters funeral, was told to submit what type of wheelchair she has, we did that, was told somebody would call us back, never did, we called again and was told the same thing but never received a call from them at all to either say they could help or not.
