Opening hours say you are open on a Saturday 10 until 4 desperately needed a new tube for one of my earing aids because going away on holiday to be told i coulded have one because you don't do earing aid parts on a Saturday and not allowed to let me have one so you not open on a Saturday as stated this needs to be clear on your opening hours .

We've never been in, as every time we've looked through the window we've been glared at, making us feel not welcome.

The shop probably has nice things, but I don't like being made to feel uncomfortable.
