This great care home and wonderful caring staff are outstanding and deserve 5*+ my mum was admitted for assessment after a fall and hospital stay .She was treated with such care and dignity by all. Special thanks to Martha who was professional,
caring and always on hand to give the very best advice but left me to make my own decisions , also the lovely Sarah and Emma and ALL the other truly caring staff . West View has restored my faith in our sometimes maligned NHS thank you all very much .

I stayed at West View for a short period of time. I had my own room. And the meals were delicious and of good quality. All the staff worked hard. And they were all very friendly and welcoming. Very clean too. The staff were outstanding. Thank you.

Lovely care home lovely staff but terrible if you need to contact them no one ever seems to answer the phone have tried 2 numbers left 4 messages and still no communication

My mum came home after rehabilitation, she was looked after very well and the physiotherapist were marvellous. Im very happy for what they done for her and the care she had.

Lovely staff here the dementia care here is only restbite you can not visit during there Meal times as they get upset and the staff through the toys out of the pram
