After 20 years and fallen into arrears thanks to the Council - The Household support fund is run by the same person that deals with your rent - since a miscommunication she has continued to HARRASS me which is abusing her position....
STILL awaiting on management to ring me re !
It amazes me how 'poor ' people are allowed to be bullied by!
Hopefully I will be contacted by management before I have to escalate!

We rent from them. It is important to deal with monies owed to them and try to avoid any form of arrears, otherwise they will hound you worse than Debt Collection Agencies with very threatening letters. Advanced payment of rent can be obtained from the Social Fund via a non-interest loan. In the main very good on repairs apart from things like Toilet Seats etc. Qualification held to up-hold view is experience, the best qualification available. Hope this helps other avoid anguish and anxiety. Honesty is the best policy !

One of the worst housing associations landlords you may have in the country very slow on repairs, very rude customer service, that don't save a chance to put a blame on you anyday of the week , and all they care about is money ?

We are current tenants. With major drug issues with neighboured. Constantly reporting it and gets no where, request call backs from housing officer gets ignored, quick to get your money not quick enough to deal with nightmare neighboured. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I'm with them and can't wait to get out, they don't deal with there bad tenants behaviour. Just ignore every report and don't deal with maintenance promptly or properly.
