A welcoming place with friendly faces. There is help, advice, warmth and kindness. I have had the chance here to do things I haven’t done before including different forms of arts and crafts. I have been for walks, to yoga classes, had afternoon teas, massages and other therapies. There is counselling available and all kinds of advice. This place truly is a lifeline.

Very caring and very knowledgeable staff and volunteers. A combination of genuine warmth and professionalism....unique in my experience. All reception, advice, support, group events, Counselling and outreach services and therefore relevant personnel under one roof in a modern air conditioned building. This results in a very fine joined up service for the most valuable people in our country i.e. the family and carers of vulnerable people.

I did some internal and external Decorating for this company, as I was there for quite a few weeks I got to know a lot of the staff.

They go above and beyond to help people I can't praise them all enough for their work and that's from an outsider's point of view.

I spent four weeks stressing over a PIP assessment form before I rang the care centre.
They arranged a day for me to go to the centre and help me fill in the form. Within two hours on the day the pip assessment was complete and posted.Personally I can’t think of the words to thank them enough so I’m writing this review because they are amazing and friendly team . Please keep up the good work .

Visited the centre yesterday - great facilities and really nice people serving an important need in the local community. 2000+ carers registered with the centre from around the borough, but estimates are that many times that are caring for friends/family members. All kinds of support are available from counselling, benefits advice, local outreach, home visits and much much more.
