My partner had been waiting over two years for a new kitchen to be fitted where he lives, and they keep making up excuses not to do it., even though he has complied with every request they make (including emptying the kitchen and all its contents out) his living room is a mess with boxes with stuff from the kitchen and that was nearly two years ago. This experience had left him depressed and upset, and I'm looking at legal action and getting his local MP involved if something isn't done very soon. Not a good organisation.

Seeking possession for very low rent arrears. Pathetic and disgusting attitude on phone and in letters. No compromise and little to no warning. Rent officers think they can do anything, including threaten elderly disabled women in their 60s.
Honestly some scummy behaviour, not professional at all.

Rather pointless experience. Save your time (and breath). About time the houses were put back into the hands of Manchester City Council and Housing Associations became subject to the Freedom Of Information Act.

Update. After waiting months for a coherent reply over serious issues, and a reply to my solicitors letter (I won't even go into that one) it looks that we might finally get a reply from Willow Park.

Still waiting for a reply from Mike Kane in respect of a letter which was sent to me from Knox Ellis, Solicitors, in December last year, and an answer as to which member of staff at Willow Park Park Housing actually dictated it.
Now Knox Ellis being cute have said pp. Interesting eh?
All information was passed to staff at Mike Kane’s office on the 6th March 2019 Let’s hope we get an answer soon. Hopefully who ever was responsible for this letter (which would make Enid Blyton envious) is NOT a ASB Officer although the individual who signed the letter to Mike Kane is!

Still no reply from Mike Kane M.P. Still no meeting arranged with him and the Chair of Willow Park.

The following individuals are involved in this matter. Mike Kane, Al Franco, Bernie Woodward and Leigh Dunbar in an ongoing case of Anti Social Behaviour against myself and also my property.

If you refer to Willow Parks statement regarding this type of behaviour, it states clearly that “We Will Act Quickly To Stop Anti-Social behaviour.”
The question that then begs to be answered is what is Willow Parks definition of quick?

If this is the case, what happened between 2001 and 2005 in one instance of anti-social behaviour, and again, between 2014 and 2019 in another instance of anti-social behaviour, all from one address. In other words, TEN years of madness!

The documentation and correspondence that will follow will obviously be redacted before being published on here. What you will read should both disturb and shock any right minded individual. Everything you will read is documented and nothing has been altered ( except for one item that passed between Mike Kane’s office and Willow Parks office.) As only one copy of this witness statement was released, it’s interesting to follow its eventual end. I have still received no reply from either Mike Kane or the Chair of Willow Park.

Update 29 April 2019.

At the suggestion of several individuals, it was pointed out to me that because of Brexit and local elections on the 2nd of May, Mike Kane would be extremely busy and it would be difficult for him to meet me. I have obviously agreed with this and look forward to hearing from both Mike Kane M.P and the Chair of Willow Park by the 2nd of May. I am busy at the moment redacting the “Dear Bernie/Dear Mike” letter which I will publish shortl

I have finally published the Dear Bernie/Dear Mike letter which was sent on the 27/6/2018, nearly a year ago. In all honesty, I never expected a reply from both aforementioned individuals, so wasn’t disappointed when none was forthcoming.
In fact, according to a letter sent by Willow Park to my Solicitor, Willow Park don’t actually have a duty of care. As a matter of interest, there is also an email from Leigh Dunbar (which I will also publish shortly) which states exactly the same as Bernie Woodward’s letter to Mike Kane.

Unfortunately witness statements appear to tell a totally different story, and on the basis of these statements, whether this letter is in fact a work of artful fiction or useful fiction. My own personal experience of Willow Park, on this particular issue, has been one of total intransigence. A homeowner must remember that a good neighbour can increase the value of their property by £2.000 plus. A bad neighbour, under current legislation, can make your property virtually impossible to sell.

I will shortly go into allegations of forged signatures, altered witness statements, fraud and criminal behaviour by certain individuals which is all clearly documented. Why the silence from certain individuals. Is it a Human Rights issue? Facebook page is John Cintas (Cassandra). Reddit address to follow.
