Windmill House is incredible & the team are all simply amazing. Our mum has been a resident for the past 10-months & this is now her forever home. From the very first time we visited the home & was shown around by Josie, we felt this care home was very special and indeed this is the case.

A family member recently stayed at Windmill House and I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and support they provided. They are phenomenal and the atmosphere at WH is friendly and inclusive, with lots going on to keep residents entertained. I would go as far as to say that I would happily live there myself.

As volunteers at Wymondham dementia support group, we have had a couple of our close friends that have become residents at this care home. It is a kind and friendly place. All the residents are well looked after and the premises are clean kept in good order. We visit our friend regularly and take her to the near by Pabulum Café once a week. The home is close to the centre of town, so benefits from the local amenities.

My wife died in February which we attribute to a shocking lack of care in this home. Don’t be fooled by the 2018 CQC rating or old reviews. Before using this care home you need to read the front page article in the Eastern Daily Press of 5 November 2022 about the Inquest into the death of my wife after a 2 week stay at Windmill.
