I started volunteering here in May of this year and have been bowled over by the warmth of the welcome from everyone involved.
It is wonderful to be part of a group enabling new / inexperienced cyclists to get involved. Plus, despite having lived in the area for 20 years, i'm learning new places to visit on rides.

As a volunteer for the Windsor Cycle Hub since it started 4 years ago, it has proven to be a most rewarding experience in my retirement.

Along with helping fellow volunteers repair & maintain bikes each Sat morning at The Swan, it is a pleasure to work together with the growing number of dedicated guided ride volunteers. The WCH is an integral part of The Swan, which together with the Windsor Brewery & Green Room School, makes this a truly community effort.

Fantastic local group open on Saturday 11-13. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable bunch of volunteers. Repairs and bike registration all free of charge. When I was there one of the visitors got grumpy as they didn't have enough time to fix his bike. It was a skip find full suspension, so please have a bit of respect on what they are able to do. Can get busy so we'll worth booking ahead for repairs or the guided rides that currently leave at 11am.

I started cycling with WCH 6 months ago. Having not cycled much for 30 years I was initially a bit apprehensive whether or not I could keep up with the groups and complete the trips, but I needn't have worried. The leaders and volunteers make sure everyone, whatever their experience and ability, are well-looked after and enjoy the weekly rides into our glorious countryside. More often than not we also pick up interesting snippets about the area along the way.
The Bike Kitchen is equally awesome with expert repairs and advice available every Saturday.

What a find! Went for my first hub cycle today, and was warmly welcomed and had a great ride with the beginners (there are several levels to ride with, so all abilities catered for). There is a real community spirit and the Swan Pub is obviously a great base.

What wonderful service at Windsor Cycle Hub this morning. The guys were very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would completely recommend them and it’s great to support a local charity as well as have a hot chocolate at The Swan whilst my bike was being fixed. Many thanks

Lovely friendly and welcoming group. They advise about safety and pointed out to me that my cycle helmet didn't fit and needed adjusting. Easy ride of about seven miles followed by coffee in the pub . Definately recommend 👍👍🏽
