I was homeless in 2015, Winter comfort was there and I took advantage of a hot shower and breakfast, I dont honestly know what I would have done without them.

I have been coming to England for two years and after receiving the accommodation when I came to Cambridge I became homeless, I saw one of the most ugly and rude behavior from this group, I used to go there in the morning for a week and I had no problem but I know why they closed the door on me and pulled down the curtains and pretended they weren't there and one of their employees was walking around to see if I had left or if I was standing there, it was much nicer, they told me that no more Don't come here, but they treated me insultingly and of course I had seen this behavior with another person and I think this is the true identity of this group, of course there are people in this group who are honorable and respectful people, but this was my experience.

A little intimidating but a good place to get something to eat if your homeless.
Staff could be a little bit more welcoming.
they should also explain the rules more, what to do and what not to do because it's very easy to get chucked out out for the rest of the day whether you need to see you the housing people or not.

This should be renamed Aggies Den. Had a year long rain of terror for stopping her bullying another vulnerable client...avoid this place there are other support groups
