Building dated and in need of TLC, the organisational culture is lacking good leadership and many staff are against change and speak to each other and about each other poorly. This as an organisation is suppose to promote equality and diversity. I witnessed very little of that during my time there. Maybe a better dress code throughout would create a togetherness, instead of allowing staff to turn up looking scruffy and unkempt. Wirral Change is a much more organised and welcoming organisation that really embodies a better community spirit.
