Over priced goods heard manager telling her staff not to give this one guy a discount because she thinks he resells items not to be funny but it’s a charity shop for “charity” should not be ripping people off for second hand clothes that been given to them for “free”!!!

Yesterday I took a lot of good items to shop, which I have done loads of times as I am a big cat lover. The young girl I dealt with was very nice but there was a man in the background moaned when the items were taken in. I nearly took them back to go elsewhere. I think he doesn't like the work

Lovely welcoming little shop. They are always grateful for donations when other places treat you as an inconvenience. In recent times I have felt safe shopping there with all covid measures in place. They sell my favourite face masks too!!!!

I love this charity. They have really helped me lots in the past with my cats. Always very helpful. The shop is also a lovely place to go. It's always well presented and the staff are always friendly. The manager always chats to the customers and their prices are always really affordable. I went in today with some donations and they were so greatful.

What a fantastic shop!
Ed is a great Manager and has supported my 14 year old daughter in her first voluntary job. It has been amazing to see her confidence increase and she's learning valuable skills - not to mention she finds a bargain everytime she is there!
Well run, well stocked and dealing well with Covid measures.

A lovely shop always very well presented, the staff are very willing to help. The manager has even stayed behind whilst I was running behind dropping off a donation. Incredibly hard working team.

Not very nice people. We went in to donate some furniture but would not accept, without a reasonable excuse. The people at the adoption centre are also very rude, asking silly questions and coming across as passive aggressive. I would highly recommend not donating to this organisation

Couldn’t think of a better charity shop to donate to. Shop is so well run and managed. Wasn’t able to get to the shop to donate after a huge clear out and the manager very kindly offered to pick it all up for me to save me the trouble....even on his day off! Clearly someone who cares what he does and goes the extra mile to help out this charity. Thank you so much!
