My father in law is 92 and has complex care needs as he is almost totally blind, has vascular dementia, Alzheimer’s and obsessive compulsive disorder. He has restricted mobility too. He is living his best life at Woodspring and has had absolutely wonderful care while living there. Despite his clinical conditions he lives a happy and very well cared for life. He enjoys the meals which are presented well and are nutritious and tasty. The staff are all amazing and most have worked there many years. The residents have lots of activities and entertainment and trips out too. There is great leadership at Woodspring and the standards are high and maintained to that level by Lisa and her wonderful team. We are so glad to have found you.

My Mother has absolutely thrived since becoming a resident at the wonderful Woodspring House last January. From the very start she has been treated with care and compassion by a highly professional team who are always accessible and genuinely interested in my Mother as a person, as well as tending to her needs so well.
There is a genuine feeling of home here and there is always something going on to keep residents occupied, entertained and happy. The Facebook page is the best place to keep up and has an been invaluable way for me to keep in touch and observe the life of the community as I live a long way from Norfolk.
Without doubt, this was the best decision made for my Mum as I have absolute confidence in the managers and their staff to bring out the very best in her whilst making sure that she is in receipt of the very best care.
Everything I have read about Woodspring House and heard of from the local community, of which it is a vital part, is true and I would commend it without reservation to anyone looking for care home accommodation for a loved one.

Having read the review from Linda Smith I felt compelled to share my experience. My "cared for" went into woodspring house as a non-compliant person regarding
their hygiene and with an awful skin condition. Since being there due to
the diligence of the staff and their care his skin is now much improved. He is always clean and well presented. I speak as I see it and have always been more than happy with the cleanliness of both the building and my friend.

Staff are all very friendly and inviting they all work as a team,they are always willing to stop and chat with families and make sure all is well,residents have many activities to be involved in.The home is clean and always smells fresh,in the front foyer there are almost always fresh flowers and this continues throughout the home.
