We had never been to this branch before. Called in today on tge off chance, looking for a particular item. It was our lucky day because we found exactly what we were looking for. And another item I didn't know I needed! Friendly, helpful team, all sorted and awaiting delivery.

Tried to donate items, not worth the hassle of them sat there behind the desk asking questions about exactly what you've got and contemplating if they will even take it. I didn't feel the appreciation from them and they didn't take everything. They are too concerned about getting charged for items they need to throw away. Next time, I'll make a "free collection" post or donate elsewhere.

So helpful and a really good choice of furniture. I got a wardrobe that would have cost me over 300 pounds in the shops. Delivered by 2 excellent guys and with a bit of polish and a new rail put inside ( 5.99 in B&Q) the lot cost £100 so we are delighted. Nice to support a local community project too.

If I could give a zero I would. Omg I offered to give them a king size bed. I got it ready in the morning I even changed my shift at work to make sure the bed was there and that if it rained I'd move it under cover. They came took one look and just drove off .I can't believe it a free bed some one would off had it as it was leather with two drawers frome Benson beds 2 years ago. I will never go in there shops again .or offer them anything and friends and family will not bother.....why do we bother with charity!!!!

Bought a few things here and donated a few too. Helpful service. Had 2 chaps nearly had heart attacks carrying a huge wardrobe up stairs, so heavy, but they were great, no trouble.

If you know what your looking for and are happy to pay a little more buck for good quality and pre-tested and serviced pre-owned goods then I highly recommend them. If your local store doesn't have what you need it can be delivered from another store to yours absolutely free!, Which helps if you don't own a vehicle
