WORST HOUSING. EVER. MADE ME WAIT OVER A MONTH FOR MY KEYS , TO DO THE HOUSE ‘UP’. BOILER WAS BROKEN. RADIATORS LEAKING. NO HOT WATER DUE TO IT BEING COMMECTED TO COLD WATER PIPE. NO WHERE FOR A WASHIN MACHINE TO DRAIN. ABSOLUTELY WUTLESS

I am Deaf Single, I lives Alone, I meet with hearing woman who work with Deaf people & her Interpreter Service worker and she can British Sign Language Interpreter with me there about my housing benefit and they are faults it was late letter of the miss my Council Tax in June and They didn't tell me about how much Bedroom tax and how can I pay my old Wythenshawe Rent Swipe Card payments was broken old rent swipe card it was too much I payments bedroom tax 666 pounds per year and council tax 160 pounds per year 7th April 2023 - 7th April 2024 final. Now 2nd Interpreter again on last 2 weeks ago they want me another payments bedroom tax late again I have to payments Bedroom tax 70 pounds per month and Council tax 160 pounds per year then I got no money for my Deaf Sport Membership, no money for my holiday and I never go out and I never go holidays in 10 years now. Now no money for my Run Marathons and no money for my fundraising it is very important Join The Christie Against Cancer for my Dad R.I.P and it is very important National Deaf Children Society, Manchester Deaf Centre and I need funds for Wythenshawe Deaf Community that why I been payments bedroom tax and council tax it is too much for me. I have to ask question - Where the Deaf Community in Wythenshawe? Because my home is very cold in all my rooms that my British Gas it is very expensive. I am not happy of this Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is very Rich, a lot of money because I saw they are a new carpets, nice Painting & Decorating, all the rooms is very warm, new chairs, new settee, the staff who having a good work, good money and new computer / new own laptops / new own tablet. Now I can't afford new laptop / I can't afford Tablet, I can't afford new washing machine, I can't afford new settee and I can't afford new bed. I got No money because I keep bedroom tax £70.00 per month and council tax 160 per year. I keep payments my big bills then no money again 😭

During my attempt to achieve an apprenticeship i received an amazing amount of help. I was given many opportunities in order to achieve the apprenticeship and it benefited me massively. Throughout the entire journey i was in contact with Poppi Gallagher who guided me the whole way through, she was extremely kind and gave me the perfect advice. I enjoyed my experience and i am very grateful for all the help i received.

Don't buy a property with this company if the development is partnered with WTGB Ltd, the director of the company has created numerous companies which have dissolved straight after the development has been built, which creates a headache for house owners as they're stuck with defective leases/titles that costs money (and is stressful) to fix.

I have registered with the housing association back in February. I asked them to forward some information to me to improve my points, however they couldn't do it because of the email issues. After 3 phone calls and constant promises to ring back and sort the issue, they never did. Four month passes and their management team not even bother and probably forgot I ever phoned or need help. Overall I find their service very slow and to improve your band you need to dance through hoop and loops before they decide to increase you. Emails left unanswered. Very frustrating.

Spoke to someone named Claire today. I called to speak to my housing officer about a very sensitive issue. She made me explain the reasons to her before she tried contacting the officer, which are very personal and didn't have anything to do with her. After I told her she made very rude comments which I feel was very unnecessary considering her job role. Don't expect them to be considerate or sensitive to anything you're going through although you would expect it with them being the first point of contact. I wouldn't recommend this housing at all anymore!
