THIS REVIEW IS REGARDING CARERS MATTER NORFOLK. Absolutely useless, they seem to have no concept of what carers are dealing with on a daily basis or how to help them.

I think that Carers Don't Matter would be a more accurate title - they do not seem to understand carers at all. The only decent member of staff left.
