If I could give no stars I would, I’m talking for over 18’s do not bother nor waste your time on a counselling service go else where as the support you will wait for will not help nor benefit you in anyway. You’ll be on a waiting list for 12 months to be given a day and time that suits them. Due to my work and care commitments I was offered a time and day each week that I could not do of which because if this I got placed back on the waiting list for a further 3 months. Once your allocated to a staff member your session will be sitting opposite the councillor whilst they turn a clock to face them and they will proceed to stare at it whilst you are talking to them whilst nodding their head and simply saying “and how does that make you feel” nothing else really to be honest you’ll leave just feeling like a number on a list they are trying to shift out to bring on the next.Just go through “Let’s talk” use samaritans and go to a private councillor if you can. Please don’t allow yourself to become vulnerable for people who simply just don’t care.

Difficult to find, inadequately signed or identifiable. No one at the doors as a welcome to the event, doors locked, no answer to the bell push.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star they didn’t keep me safe and I didn’t go in or left on the days I wasn’t kept safe so I was kicked off the princes trust course because they don’t know how to keep people safe
