Awful awful organisation! I’ve had to change my name for this review due to needing to remain anonymous.
Honestly do not know where to start with this organisation, it’s a shambles from top to bottom. I could go into great detail but I’d be writing all day, that said it’s the senior leadership who deserve a special shout out. The most toxic, vile leadership team I’ve ever encountered. They are incompetent, rude and spiteful.
What I’m most disappointed with though is how this “organisation” is funded and endorsed in the South West with such unethical practice. If you have a child who needs support please read this and look elsewhere, save yourself the hassle and pain.
Hopefully this “organisation” won’t be in practice much longer as the only thing it’s good at is giving false hope to parents who desperately need help for their children.
