I have received a dismissive and general information type of response from James Boylan, SENDIASS Manager, who even hang up the call on me when asked specific questions. Raised complaint to his manager Pip (Philippa), who over the phone tried to talk me out of submitting complaint and then to receive a response "we sorry you feel this way, case closed", escalated to CEO who's response was threat with legal action if I raise complaint one more time to his team! The cover up by them was worse then the crime!

Hammersmith and Fulham arm of SENDIASS provided by YVHSC.org.uk is appalling service, no adequate help, cant ask questions, hang up the call on my wife! No feedback on service listened! I wont be donating to this charity given our family's experience with it!
