I was a service user the staff they are super helpful and kind. Wanting the best for you. The only down side was that some of the service users didn't follow rules and would try and wake you up at 4am just so they can sneak in (well it depends of where you sleep.)

I lived at the YWCA when I was younger now almost 20 years later it doesn't sound like the place has changed that much at all. Prity sad really. They certainly didn't help me in anyway shape or form.

In the darkest of times when you're a young woman facing homelessness whether that be a relationship breakdown or what not, this is such a warm and welcoming place to live and to call home. Staff are always brilliant and very understanding x
