Probably the best large supermarket/superstore in Torbay. Lots of fresh food. Filling station on site with usually the cheapest petrol in the bay. Sadly looking a bit dated these days... Have they given up thanks to the large invasion of nearby German discount food stores opening in the area?

I have never complained about anything before, however this weekend has been my worst shopping experience ever.
I ordered my groceries online and they were to be delivered between 3-4Pm on Saturday, I received a text message to say that they would be two hours late, which was not a problem, however my shopping which was being delivered by Morrisons in Paignton never arrived, at 8pm I checked my appt and noticed by chance that it was due at 9pm now, so I continued to wait patiently. 9.15pm still no delivery, I rang the help line and I was cut off three times when I told them the problem, the fourth time, which was now around 10pm, I prompted the lady on the other end, politely not to cut me off, she informed me that the Paignton store was now closed however a driver was on route, and two drops away from me and my order would be there, I waited until 11.10pm, rang the help line, the store and they were all closed and obviously the driver had gone home, there had been no communication whats so ever, this was a large monthly shop of £350 which was showing on my bank statement. The following morning I rang the store, however being a Sunday it opened at 10am, so rang the helpline, the lady rang the store, put me on hold, then said that my order would be with me a 11.30am, first of all I was concerned that I would be receiving my shopping that may well have been sitting in the van all night which included fridge and frozen, also I had made arrangements to go out for lunch, so then at that point decided to cancel my order and requested a refund, the lady responded on the phone suggesting that I should ring back the store myself to cancel the order I responded by saying, that there had been no communication what so ever with the worst possible attitude and service that I had experience with no apology, and surely it was Morrisons job to cancel and refund, not for me to chase up, she then went in to say that she would do it and rang me back to confirm that she had spoken the store to cancel the delivery and I would receive a refund. At 11.30am Morrisons arrived at my home as I was on my way out, I spoke to the driver who said that no one had been in contact with him, I refused the order as I was concerned that it was the same food that had been in the truck over night and I was late for my appointment, I asked the driver to refund me instead, he said that I would need to ring the store myself to sort it out and was very abrupt with me, when I checked my status on the App, it said my delivery was still pending and not cancelled. Literally the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Good well stocked supermarket. Polite and helpful staff. They have a great range of many products including their own mini garden shop outside. Definitely adds to the variety of supermarkets we have in the bay.

Morrisons reasonable for prices well stocked..cafe okay..miserable woman long brown hair in ponytail with glasses on..she has no manners at all..people like her give place a bad name..she obviously needs to learn about customer care…she is on tills pretty often

Lovely sized store with in-store cafe & fuel station, with parking in the ample sized car park which is free for 3 hours for customers.

Nice staff at the checkouts, but also has self serve ones in case you're in a hurry as this store does get very busy at times due to its holiday resort location.

Unfortunately for me, as it is almost Christmas & the cafe is serving a Full Christmas meal, I waited for 30mins for my little breakfast which arrived virtually stone cold with the exception of the egg, in which the yolk was broken, but it tasted nice enough.

Absolutely freezing in the otherwise comfortable cafe which also serves pretty good food and drink. Very large seating area. Could not see any electrical sockets though for charging.

Drycleaning service can be expensive,one time my sofa covers had not been cleaned at all but returned packed and I stored them ready for next use as I have two sets.£90 but only very small discount as original receipt lost after several months.

After years of singing morrisons praise I am very disappointed. Weeks ago I ordered a three bird roast for Xmas, arrived for collection to be told it was no longer available.
So I bought some monkfish fillets only to find out today that they were NOT filleted.
Happy Christmas indeed.
