I would just like to say what an absolute pleasure it was to be seen at the Petersfield Urgent Treatment Centre.

I hurt my wrist playing football and was concerned due to a previous injury and operation years ago.

Having arrived just ten minutes before the X-ray department was closing, I was so grateful that the staff managed to squeeze me in and get me an X-ray straight away. I was then seen very quickly after this and every staff member listened and cared.

It was also such a delight to see happy smiling faces of the staff, everyone being so helpful and understanding. Having seen the opposite on so many other occasions elsewhere, it's an absolute credit to the team there that they bring such a positive and warming atmosphere, despite the daily struggles I'm sure they must face.

To all the staff at the centre, thank you so much and keep up the good work. It makes such a difference to people's lives 🫶🏼

Absolutely 1st class visit to Petersfield UTC . We were seen in Triage within 10 minutes and back out on our way home within the hour. It all seemed very well managed and under control.
Thank you to all the staff on shift Saturday evening, not only were you efficient but you did it with care . The department was very welcoming and you looked after my son’s head injury with the care and attention needed.

My Dad moved from QA to this lovely little place for rehab on rowan ward. Through no fault of theirs he has had to go back to QA and they were unable to do rehab with him due to him being so unwell. However the staff were amazing and continued to be supportive with him and us as his family. Cannot thank you all enough, he is not the easiest patient and may have been a bit rude at times, but thanks for understanding his frustration with the situation.

I've used this hospital for different reasons. One being for my sick children. The nurses are so informative and friendly. Took all the tests needed and gave me and my children good care. I also went here for my maternity care for my x2 pregnancies. They were 10/10 caring and informative. Never had an issue.

Sent here from 111 due to lower back pain and blood in urine.

Nurses seemed very judgmental and they don't have facilities for taking blood for testing.

They seem to be more geared towards accidents rather than medical emergencies.

Specifically for my experience is the physio team, namely Jared who is lovely and very kind and chirpy but most importantly he listens to what you say and clearly cares very much. A rising star.
I have complete trust in Jared and his abilities.

Went to the UTC Clinic today Wednesday 13th November.
I honestly can't believe how caring, Professional and happy all the staff was. After being in pain for weeks and not being able to get an doctor appointment the only option was the walk in Clinic. From the reception on arrival to seeing Alex the doctor a huge thank you it was really appreciated.

Was in the area when I suddenly had an asthma attack and my inhalers weren’t working! Managed to get to this hospital and the staff were amazing from start to finish. They checked me in so fast and treated me, they contacted the paramedics etc to take to the hospital. All a very smooth process and the nurses were so comforting during this panicking situation. Despite having never visited this hospital before they did not let me down💙🏥
