I'd like to make a complaint against hospital employees who notoriously smoke cigarettes within 15 meter smoke-free parameter (criminal offence) at Union Rd.
They also obstruct movement on pavements, when I asked them to leave half of pavement free, so I could freely walk through, one of them start to shout rude comments behind my back. I'm sick and tired of this antisocial behaviour!!!

Emergency Care extremely helpful and efficient. Despite a waiting room full of patients, I was seen quickly on a series of occasions. At the weekend dressing clinic and Emergency unit, the care was conscientious and thorough and the staff kind. Very good experience. 🙏

The staff really looked after me and they were very friendly and kind and helpful and supportive and patient including the lovely receptionist as I am severely autistic and I get very anxious and stressed. Thanks I totally recommend this place the staff are amazing and really caring.

Was in and out in a breeze. One of the best hospital experiences have had. Quickly saw to my broken wrist, check in, triage, x-ray, given strap all within about one hour. Phone call the following day by an consultant who gave advice on dos and don'ts and following steps.

This is a review about the parking at this hospital. Essentially there is nowhere to park, cars driving around for ages waiting for a non existent space because the car park is full. In the end you have to give up and drive out. If you have mobility issues but no Blue Badge, because Portsmouth Council issue so few, there is no alternative parking nearby. The hospital needs to address this.

It’s many years since my last visit, having read the amount of negativity I was slightly apprehensive; but I was surprised to find a spotlessly clean, pleasant reception area. The reception staff were professional and polite.
My waiting time was short (I was slightly early) and when called I was greeted by a charming gentleman who escorted me to the treatment area.
He introduced himself, I’m ashamed to admit l can’t remember his name, explained in detail what he about to do and after a couple of questions got started. I was kept relaxed throughout and it was all surprisingly quick.
There were a couple of ‘cons’, in that the “music” and the air con need to be regulated. It was a very wet day, not cold but neither was it red hot, and I’m only glad I had my coat on.

Great service but dont turn up at noon as they don't except any more tests if they are busy and they close at 1pm. This has happened twice, not a complaint but FYI
