Terrible, the clerk and deputy clerk don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. In fact, do the counsellors even know what they are doing? They don't even have an understanding of basic law here in the United Kingdom. They email you one thing, then another and then admit that information is incorrect. Then when you challenge them for being wrong, and ask for insurance details they end the call. Even when you provide clear photographic evidence of damage they still try and deny it. The most basic of information just doesn't seem to register in their brains. No wonder they have a 3.5 stars overall.
