Spending money wisely 🤣🤣🤣 I've seen the wastage first hand, unbelievable what is going on, and it's even become a joke statement amongst staff.

I have lived in this flat for 3 years it’s covers in black mould, I now have asthma, when I never had respiratory problems in my life. This flat has made me sick, they keep sending people out to look at the mould but not treat it, this has been going on since I moved in. They don’t come out for repairs they have booked in and randomly show up at non-agreed dates expecting to come in. I have had multiple letters from my doctor saying my property isn’t suitable everytime I send one they take so long to reply the as for another doctors letter because apparently that’s then out of date. Living in here has caused me so much distress. It’s hard to keep up a fight. I have no sunlight and live in damp with no windows or ventilation in my bathroom or kitchen. My life and health has gone down hill drastically from living here. They don’t help and the rents just gone up.

One of their employees is the village drunk in weeting. It has been bought to my attention he as always is driving drunk and dangerous, not the first time I might add, he has been abusive to myself and neighbour's as well as others on the village, mounting pavement parking on the village green or more like abandoning his van. I saw him nearly knocking over an old lady a few months back, then proceeding to harrass and abuse her when she had the audacity to complain. One would think that Flagship wouldrandom breathalys their drivers/working for them and nor allow anyone with such a poor disposition behind the wheel of their vehicles. The police will be informed upon my return as he also entered my property while I was away and abused my the workmen from a highly reputable local contactor who withdrew due to Js exteeem dru ken abuse, needless to say the police and courts are becoming involved. Its an a solute disgrace that flag ship have done nothing especially in the light of other villages raising the drink driving issues. Shame on you flagship. You should be more concerned than you obviously are.

As a charity, they are not fit for purpose. The communal heating charge has gone up 200%. They are making a substantial profit at our expense, and controlling when we have access to the heat that we are paying £48.48 a week for, for a small one bedroom flat. This has to be illegal.

Was told id have someone out yesterday due to a drainage problem which is sewage flooding my garden, had confirmation they'd come, and nothing!!, now have it worse this morning and been trying to report on the 24/7 emergency and got told I have to wait for the office to open as from 7 o'clock onwards there's no one to deal with it. Been a joke since they took over as its not the only issues being ignored, some of which are a legal obligation on there behalf and putting tenants at risk,. But Flagships quick enough to use threatening tactics to scare and bully us.

*FLAGSHIP DO NOT HONOUR CONTRACTS!*

Purchased our first home from flagship which was built by Wellington construction.

The aftercare team have been very quick to fix snags when reported.

However, when we purchased the property, it said in the contracts we were meant to have a microwave, when we arrived we raised it with them that there wasn’t one in the property. After receiving an email from their solicitor, we were told to sue them to receive the compensation for the missing microwave. However, I felt this was wrong as they had signed the contract and so had I, so they were not honouring it.

Now having got a CCJ against flagship they still have not paid me and I am aware of two others who have received a microwave as their compensation and the other received money.

It is ridiculous that you have to do so much for them to give you what they owe.

I would not recommend them to purchased a property through as they will not honour the contract that you sign and will give you all excused under the sun to not do something. They do not take accountability for anything.

Reported a crack in my ceiling in September 2021, said they would send someone out to check it. February 2022 someone came out and took photos. April 2023 water is coming through. They don't even care about the well-being of their own properties never mind the tenants who reside in them.
I have tried to be a good tenant and report a problem at the earliest opportunity, it fell on deaf, uncaring ears.
I've been told the earliest opportunity to have it fixed or looked at in more detail is 19th May 2023, 4 weeks of praying for no rain. But, if it rains again in the meantime it will be counted as an emergency, but they can't treat it as an emergency now because they don't have the staff.
What a joke these people are.
