Wish I’d read the other reviews. Was talked into competing the survey. Took 30 minutes out of my precious time off. Promised a £10 voucher. Balance is £0:00. I thought it might just take time but previous review says not. I wasn’t that bothered about the voucher but it’s the principle of the thing. Felt sorry for the interviewer. Read the below review that they’re not paid until first review completed. Survey was far too long. Especially in this day and age when you can complete things online.

Awful experience. I work from home and I was told I would be called to arrange the home visit for the survey before anyone just turned up. Multiple times when I have been working I have had knocks at my door to do the survey with no prior contact.
Once I was even leaving the house for the school run just as he came to knock again and just wouldn’t stop talking even though I said I was going to be late for my children.
We then arranged a time a few days later that he could come back (after 3.30 I said - after school!) then he text me that morning saying he would be with me at 12.30 - when I’m working!!
I repeated I was available from 3.30. He came at 3.30 and asked me multiple questions about ending my life in front of my children (I knew it was a health and well-being survey but that was quite intrusive to ask in front of my children with no warning, especially given some questions are answered in private on the PC - why is this not one of them!!)
He was at my house for 1.5 hours after weeks of back and forth and the voucher I was promised and given was blank - zero value. He said it would take 72 hours to load the value but it’s been 2 weeks! No response when I’ve questioned NatCen about this - absolute drain of time and energy and a con! Don’t bother doing these home surveys!

Complete time-wasters. Prying, liars and con-artists. Don't complete any of their surveys, do not let them in your door. My next port of call is actually a consumer Watch Dog appeal. I'm also going to write to my local MP. You're bang out of order. NAT CON?

You will take time out to offer help for a survey & don’t seem to get back what is promised back
I think it’s very sad because it’s mainly working class people that will probably do these surveys in need extra support & help that is promise to give you. I will now opt from any others.

Keep sending unsolicted mail to my address, I have told them to stop but the mail still arrives every couple of weeks.
They need to stop harrassing people.

Fantastic I love sharing my points of view and these are bey far the best. Research is so important. Policies are made because of surveys such as these, Natcen is the best.

Quasi came alone today not intrusive at all by all accounts questions I was not happy to answer was left at that I just hope the info nation I did give was help full and not past on to third party intrests
