I've been having conversations with Mr Singh who's a lovely, professional man. He's very empathetic and helpful. I'm very grateful for him and his team, accommodating the reschedule of the collection day, due to unforseen circumstances.

He's always been very polite and I'm grateful that their organisation can collect, good quality items at such short notice. Most charities are a minimum of 5 business, working days, for collection.

I recommend if you have good quality furniture, to donate. My daughter would be very happy with this decision, as she knows her items, will not go to waste and it's also helping other individuals who are on a low income.

I recently visited Hounslow Community Transport and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. First of all, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked for assistance finding a product, and the employee I spoke to seemed irritated by my questions and didn’t offer any useful help.
On the other hand the staff who is working there just keep putting the price as he wishes because he is lying. working under table like if something is £20 in real paper he just comes and say that is is £40 very funny which is not every worth £10

The store should close at 16:30 but they are opening at 10 o’clock and closing at 2 pm which is quite irritating because it says something els on the website and they are doing as they want like there won properties, there is on Hindi man he is very bad and try’s to cheat and change the price al the time and asks for cash so it doesn’t show on the system I was so disappointed about it because on thing he changed the price every time and he is not helpful and just trying to avoid people . also they close any time they want and asks people to come 8 o’clock but they are opening around 9 and 10 and they are making excuses every time , also they are just using the council papers to show that they are giving they right thing but they are putting there’s exact money which they want and asks for cash I will definitely report this to the police . please avoid this place west of your money

The store itself was also in disarray—shelves were poorly stocked, and many items were misplaced, making it difficult to find anything. On top of that, the prices were much higher than similar stores in the area for the exact same products.

To make matters worse, the checkout process was slow, and the cashier was indifferent to the long line of customers waiting. I ended up waiting 20 minutes just to make a simple purchase.

Overall, the lack of customer service, messy store layout, and overpriced items make this a place I won’t be visiting again.

The manager is rude and aggressive with no manners. The others staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. They need to have a pleasant manager someone who treats all customers fairly. Because of the horrible manger they get one star.

Lots of stuff there but needs to go to the dump. You may find the odd thing but damaged or scratched by the way its stored. Needs some organisation in there. Quite expensive for someone who hasn't got much financially and not very friendly in there

We have used this project several times since moving to Twickenham. 2 chest of drawers, setee, and now a bed. The staff are extremely friendly, cant do enough for you, and at bargain prices. Furniture is delivered quickly, and drivers very good, and work hard. Would highly recommend this place

I wanted to donate some furniture to charity. They failed to come collect it on two occasions and would not take half of the furniture for no good reasons. The staff collecting joked about wanting money for collection and were lazy. Shame because it is a good idea for a good cause.

We offered them some stuff. Couldn't be bothered to move it. Come out with a Stupidest Answer its lost its shine. Its Distressed Pine. Virtually nothing Wrong with it! Any way a nice Family had it for Nothing and its Doing them a Turn.
